Touchtone Teller Call Flow
- Press the * key to return to the Previous Menu (from all menus).
- To disconnect, hang up.
- The system will only allow three (3) invalid attempts; then your call will be terminated. The Touchtone Teller system
does not lock you out. Just call back and try again.
- If you do not respond to any menu selections, the menu will repeat after ten seconds.
Touchtone Teller Information
- To access Touchtone Teller, call (408) 543-5202 or (866) 543-5202 (toll-free).
- Choose Option 1 from the main Star One Credit Union greeting.
- Enter your Member Number followed by the # key
- Enter your Access Code followed by the # key & follow the prompts. (Please note that your Access Code is between 4-8 digits long).
- When entering an amount, no decimal point is necessary. For example, 10000 = 100.00
- Available 24/7 except for brief periods each business day for close of business processing. An announcement will play when the system is not available.
- Reminder: Due to Federal Reserve restrictions, transfers/withdrawals from savings are limited.
- When prompted to enter your "account number" or "loan number" within the Touchtone Teller service, enter 1-3 digit suffix. For example, 2 for checking,
141 for Line of Credit. (Account/Loan suffixes may vary for each member. Refer to your monthly statements to obtain this information)
- To end your call after your inquiry or transaction, simply hang up. You may also disconnect from the main menu by pressing Option 5.
