Digital Banking Enrollment

 

  1. Electronic Document Delivery Consent. By choosing to enroll in the Star One Credit Union (Star One) Digital Banking Service you agree to accept delivery of the terms and conditions for the Digital Banking Services electronically. These service terms and conditions are set forth in the Membership and Account Agreement. You may also access the Membership and Account Agreement as a PDF on the public Star One website.

    You must have access to a personal computer or internet enabled device, Internet access, and an appropriate certified web or mobile browser to access the Membership and Account Agreement where the Digital Banking service terms are listed, and a printer or ability to download and save the Agreement for your records.

    By agreeing to receive the Membership and Account Agreement with the Digital Banking service terms electronically, you understand the paper version of the Agreement will not be provided to you. You may request and receive the Agreement in paper form at any time or by visiting the Star One public website. You may withdraw your consent to receive documents electronically at any time. There are no fees or account restrictions for choosing to withdraw your consent for electronic document delivery. For any issues related to the Digital Banking service please contact Star One at 408-543-5202 or 866-543-5202 during normal business hours, or use the support interface inside the Digital Banking interface.

  2. Acceptance of Digital Banking Service Terms. By your consent below, you agree to the terms and conditions for the Digital Banking Services as set forth in the Membership and Account Agreement.
